Two (2) units will be made available at all times for an estimated usage of 5 patients per year. The INOmax instrument is for the treatment of persistant pulmonary hypertension (PPHN)in infants. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
