(Plants for Air Force families shall not be segregated or placed in a separate location.) Flats are to be issued by vendor to military family housing residents and housing management flight personnel. Method of distribution shall be as follows: a. Residents or housing management employee shall present an authorization slip to vendor indicating how many flats and/or six packs are to be issued. b. Vendor shall check roster provided by housing management and vendor shall issue flowers. Vendor shall retain authorization slip. Resident shall sign roster. c. Plants shall be issued during time period 27 May through 21 Jul 00, depending on weather conditions. Issue period will not exceed 56 days. Dates and times to be worked out with vendor. vendor shall return roster and authorization slips to housing management, with a copy of invoice for flowers before final payment is made.
