Duriez of Bel Air MD to provide services in accordance with Scope Of Work involving the performance of duties connected with the applied research, development, test and evaluation of rubber materials. All work is to be performed within the Bldg. 4600 Elastomers Laboratory located at Aberdeen Proving Ground MD, therefore, a mileage restriction of 50 miles or less is placed as a determining factor for selection. Rubber formulations are to be prepared by the contractor in accordance with ASTM rubber mixing practices. Material and chemical ingredient management skills is critical and must follow established rules and regulations for handling of chemicals in the laboratory.
