Airy MD, on a feasibility study of an IR Camera for a total of 10 days, 2 of which will provide hands-on training and technical support and the remaining 8 days will provide general diagnostic assistance. Hurley and Associates will provide all equipment necessary to conduct this study. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
