Warren 919-286-6920 A/E Services to provide for Architectural and/or Engineering Services for selected projects at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC. These services to include field investigations, sampling analysis, design of working drawings, construction estimates, project specifications, and construction period services. Coordination with other disciplines may be required. Consideration in limited to firms that maintain a staffed and equipped office within a 50 mile radius of the Durham VA Medical Center. The initial contract period shall be one year from date of award with two (2) single year renewal options. Individually negotiated firm fixed price task orders shall be issued against the contract. No single task order shall exceed $75,000. Total contract amount for the initial contract period and the two (2) single year renewal options shall not exceed $450,000.
