The average capacity of the Charleston Job Corps Center is 400 students: 168 residential males and 168 females; 32 nonresidential males and 32 females. There will be a pre-proposal conference at the Charleston Job Corps Center on March 30, 2000 at 10:00 AM (EST), followed by a tour of the facility at approximately 11:00 AM.
