The Contractor shall provide to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 3701 Loop Road East, Tuscaloosa 35404 (VA), the services of a Board Certified and state licensed radiologist for the purpose of providing fluoroscopic examinations to VA patients at the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center. Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center will provide all required radiographic/fluoroscopic and dictation equipment. Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center will be responsible for report transcription.
