The National Emergency Training Center (NETC) has a requirement for Security Guard Services. The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies, to provide security guard services at the NETC located in Emmitsburg, Maryland. The contractor is required to provide 3 security officers on site, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven days per week, 365 days per year. The resulting contract will have a Base Year period followed by four (4) one-year option periods. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on or about April 10, 2000; proposals due on or about May 10, 2000.
