This announcement constitutes the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). This solicitation was previously submitted under solicitation ADM-0-10037; Submission No. 421627 on February 3, 2000. It is being resubmitted due to regional changes in the Government's requirement. Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS) requires hotel accommodations in Washington, DC for training during April 24-27, 2000. This does not include the surrounding areas of Maryland and Virginia. Specific accommodations include fifty(50) hotel rooms and a training room. The training room must accommodate fifty(50) or more persons. It's requested that the hotel be no more than four(4) blocks from a Metro rail station for travel conveniences. The Government reserves the right to consider safety and security issues when making award. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 7011. This solicitation document and its incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. The provisions FAR 52.212-Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items (Aug 1998) and FAR 52.212-4-Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items (Apr 1998) apply to this acquisition.
