This project consists of landscaping the IHS Health Center in Lame Deer, Montana. This project will primarily encompass landscaping the front entryway, main entrance sign and the nine (9) parking lot endrows. The Statement of Work is as follows: The initial phase of the landscaping project will primarily take care of the main entrance to the facility. The landscaping project will include the following: Installation of all items labeled as Phase I on the plan, which includes plants, edging, sod, weed barriers, river rock, boulders, bark and installation of a drip irrigation system to all plants. Contract to include all rough and finish grading as required for the project. Site cleanup and disposal of all materials will be included in the project. The contractor to provide a minimum one (1) year standard warranty on all plants, trees and workmanship. The offeror whose proposal best represents the best value to the government will be selected. This work is on a contractual basis and is not a personal appointment to a federal job. Therefore, each initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms and conditions from a price and technical standpoint. The contractor will not be subject to government supervision. Offeror's must submit a Tax ID Number (Social Security Number for individuals). The contractor is required as a condition of payment under a resulting contract to submit Department of Treasury, Financial Management Service, FMS Form 2231 or an IHS Vendor ACH Enrollment Form, or Direct Deposit Form prior to submission of first invoice. The estimated time for completion is 30 days after a Notice-to-Proceed date. The bid opening date is estimated to be Monday, March 20, 2000. The estimated range of this project is between $25,000 to $100,000. This procurement is set-aside to 100% Small Businesses.
