The intent of this Sources Sought synopsis is to identify potential offerors for Family Housing Change of Occupancy and other Related Real Property Maintenance at the Naval Training Center Complex, Great Lakes, IL. NO SOLICITATION OR DRAWINGS EXIST AT THIS TIME; THEREFORE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY. SIC Code 1799 applies and size standard is $7.0 Mil. Term of contract will be base year and three option years at estimated cost of $5,000,000.00 -- $10,000,000.00. To ascertain the method of procurement, qualified small businesses, HUBZone, small disadvantaged, 8(a), and women-owned small business are invited to submit a "Capability Statement" to this office. Information to be provided must include, but is not limited to: name and address of firm; size of business; average annual revenue for the past 3 years; number of employees; ownership and whether they are small, HUBZone, small disadvantaged, 8(a), and/or woman-owned; number of years in business; affiliate information such as parent company or teaming partners; potential services to be subcontracted, if any; and list of customers (Government and non-government) covering the past 5 years (highlighting relevant work performed, contract numbers, contract type, dollar value of each procurement, and point of contract/addresses and phone numbers, detailing all relevant technical qualifications. Interested firms should also include in the Capability Statement demonstrative information relative to past performance and experience in managing a workforce and performing work similar to the requirements of this procurement. The purpose of this sources sought is to identify contractors to provideIndefinite Quantity services (including the management, supervision, personnel, transportation, equipment, labor, tools, supplies, and quality control) for the following: (a) interior and exterior painting, varnishing and minor wall repairs, (b) flooring including tile, carpeting, linoleum, wood, etc, and (c) cleaning housing units including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and walls for Family Housing and other real property at Naval Training Center Complex, Great Lakes, IL including units at Fort Sheridan, IL and Glenview, IL.
