Background "The Acquisition Environmental, Safety & Health Division is seeking information to accomplish final cleanup and closure of environmental actions at the United States Air Force Plant PJKS, Waterton, Colorado, on a cost reimbursement -- no fee basis. The site is on the National Priorities List. All activities must be accomplished in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)and the State of Colorado's environmental mandates. This proposed contract action is being contemplated as part of a pending agreement to resolve potentially responsible party liabilities in accordance with CERCLA. Examples of the types (but not limited to) restoration projects contemplated are 1) Operation & Maintenance Of Installed Remediation Technologies; 2) Groundwater Monitoring Studies Data Collection; 3) Post Closure (RCRA Part B Permit) Actions; 4) Site Investigations & Studies; 5) RCRA Site Closure Actions; and 6) Technical Advisory Support. NOTE: Request each source not expend a lot of time and effort to respond to the market research.
