This acquisition is for a quantity of 79 each Gun Control Unit (GCU) kits for use on the UH-1N Helicopters, manufactured in accordance with the NAVSURFWARCENDIV technical data package. The Government requires delivery beginning July 00. Delivery will be FOB destination, and inspection and acceptance will be at source by a representative of the Government. This requirement is intended to be procured on a sole-source basis from Comarco Systems Inc., R.R. 6, Box 28, Bloomfield, IN 47424. Comarco is the only contractor who has the capability to provide these GCU's within the required timeframes. Numbered Notes 22 and 26 apply.
