Vendors currently operating under a MIL-I-45208 Quality Assurance System will be deemed acceptable under this procurement. Contractor supplied 'SUBSAFE" and "Level I" raw material is required. SUBSAFE design review is required to be performed in accordance with NAVSEA 0941-LP-041-3010, Submarine Safety Review Procedure Manual for new or modified system, equipment or component.Final Acceptance at the contractor's plant (Source) shall be made by the cognizant DCMC-QAR in conjunction with the Specific Government Inspection Instructions (SGIIs) furnished by the Naval Surface Warfare Center.Delivery of all five cylinder is required 365 days after award of contract.
