Breakout to competition has not been achieved, but current, continuing actions to obtain necessary rights to data or adequate, reprocurement technical data indicate breakout to competition is expected to be achieved. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 20 each, 300 Days After Contract Award(DACA) and 20 each per month thereafter until Contract Completion. The First Article Test Report is due 228 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 20 each, 240 DACA and 20 each per month thereafter until Contract Completion.
