65 -- DIGITAL IMAGING SYSTEM FOR POSTERIOR SEGMENT CAMERA SOL RFQ 553-53-00 DUE 032400 POC Ms. Diane Foster, 313-576-4281 Contractor shall provide to the Department of Veterans Affairs, John D Dingell Medical Center an Digital Imaging System for Posterior Segment Camera. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Digital Imaging System must be compatible with the TCC-50EX Retinal Camera. The Imaging System is for the use in documenting diseases of the eye. The contractor shall supply equipment that is a high resolution FA/ICG imagenet system which includes: Pentium III 550MHz based computer,9 Gig HD 128MB RAM, 16 Mbyte controller card, 1280 X 1024 image capture/display, 21" color UVGA monitor,high speed model (56K baud), windows NT & imagenet 2000 (32 bit) WIN software, communication and utility software, norton anti virus, CD archiving (write 8x/Read 20x), cd reader 24Xk, mega plus 1.41 10 bit and relay lens, stereo viewers (screen and light table), battery back up (UPS) and line conditioner, system table and needed wiring. 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, the following apply by addendum: 52-204-6 Contractor Identification Number-Date Universal Numbering Systems (DUNS) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
