This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 00Q0049 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). All references of "offers" are understood to be "quotations". The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. The U.S. Secret Service has a requirement for the upgrade and installation of video equipment in a conference room located at 950 H St. NW, Washington, DC 20001-4518. The following BARCO equipment is required to be compatible with existing equipment in place: One (1) each BARCO Graphic 6300 Video Projector, R9001440; one (1) each BARCO QGD (0.8:1) 84-120" Fixed Focal Lens, R9840040; one (1) each Stand Base, LVB-2LS; one (1) each Stand Shelf, LSA; four (4) each Leg Extenders, PNS-60; one each BARCO Reality 6400 Video Projector, R9001760; one (1) each BARCO QGD (1.36-2:1) Motorized Zoom Lens, R9829850; one (1) each Adapter Plate for Existing Mount; one (1) each Wireless keyboard; one (1) lot hardware required for installation; all labor required for installation. Prices shall be stated in terms of FOB Destination.
