stensrudlp@navair.navy.mil. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training
Systems Division (NAWCTSD) is seeking potential 8(a) certified and
small businesses capable of performing Engineering and Technical
Services and Special Studies and Analysis for Naval Training devices.
The applicable Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 8711, size standard
$20 million. These services are currently being performed by a
combination of Government and Contractor personnel. A cost comparison
under OMB Circular A-76 will be conducted to determine the most
cost-effective mode of operation. Any resultant solicitation may
include the following functions, subject to change depending on varying
mission requirements. Functions performed include: 1) Support for
acquisition and maintenance of Operator and Maintenance Technical
Documentation. 2) Support for acquisition and maintenance of
Instructional Material. 3) Technical repository and library functions
for technical data. 4) Supply support for provisioning during
acquisition and modification of training devices.5) Logistics
information system maintenance and operation support. These functions
are required to provide complete provisioning and technical data and
product support for hundreds of training devices located throughout the
world. Certified 8(a) businesses and small businesses capable of
accomplishing the required services are invited to submit literature,
brochures and capability summaries identifying, at a minimum, BUSINESS
SIZE and past (limit to within 3 years) and/or current performance on
similar contracts (include dollar value, complexity and point of
contact). Brevity of extraneous information is desired. Information
