Services will include preliminary investigative services and design development to renovate a clinic area of approximately 8000 SF, and will involve architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural and asbestos removal. Services will also include preparation of construction documents and drawings, as well as construction period services including site visits and the services of an industrial hygienist. Generation of a detailed construction cost estimate will be required. Selection will be based on recent specialized experience and professional capacity to accomplish the work, professional qualifications of staff and consultants assigned to this project. Estimated construction cost range between $250,000 to $500,000. Area of consideration is restricted to firms located within the State of Oregon.
