This requirement is for 2,700 feet of continuous core recovery, including mobilization and demobilization, from one 2,700-foot-deep scientific test hole at the NASA-Langley Research Center near Hampton, Virginia. The requirement also includes one each of the following geophysical logs: gamma ray, compensated spectral gamma ray, multi-arm caliper, compensated density, compensated neutron, multipole or equivalent acoustic/sonic, high-resolution induction, high-resolution dipmeter, sandy shale analysis or equivalent analysis, and diplog analysis. The period of performance is six months. Solicitation No. 00HQSS0008 will be available on or about March 23, 2000.
