Warranty: All systems must carry three years of on-site full guarantee (24 Hour Interventrion Time) either from vendor or from a service supplier with personnel with a NATO or National Security Clearance. Faulty disk drives cannot be returned to the vendor or service supplier. Alternatively, the equipment should be quoted without warranty and the customer will evaluate the additional cost of the warranty provided by a separate supplier with appropriate security clearanc.
