Publication issued daily, Monday through Friday, exclusive of federal holidays. Publication is time critical -- no delinquencies can be tolerated. 16 to 64 pages per issue. Pages are in 8-page signature increments (16, 24, 32, 40, 48, 56 and 64 pages). Prints in black ink. Currently, approximately 5,000 copies per issue. Number of copies have been declining over the past years and may continue to do so. Trim size of 8-1/2 x 11". No over trim or under trim. Stock is 16.5 lb. Yellow Catalog/Directory stock with a minimum of 40% postconsumer fiber. Contractor must have internet site and backup site for the Government to transfer PostScript files using standard FTP methods, must be able to download PostScript files, make negatives or other reproducibles, print, bind, sort, label, mail using first class and periodical mail classes, and other distribution.
