The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Projection Presentation Technology, Washington, D. C., for audio-visual services for the National Medal of Technology Breakfast Reception and Technology Roundtable event on March 13, 2000 at the Ronald Regan International Trade Center in Washington, D.C.. The contractor shall provide the necessary staff and audio-visual equipment to Internet broadcast the reception and roundtable event and two-way interactive teleconference access to the telecast of the Internet Science and Technology Fair (ISTF) winners (Fairgrounds Junior High School), Nashua, New Hampshire and Mainland High School, Daytona Beach, Florida). The Contractor shall be available on March 12, 2000 along with the staff of the TA National Medal of Technology Program Office to facilitate a dry run of the event. The period of performance shall be from March 12, 2000 through March 14, 2000. This is a sole source requirement with ProjectionPresentation Technology because they are the only company authorized to provide audio-visual services for functions and events held in the Ronald Regan International Trade Center.
