The United States Department of Agriculture's Forest Service intends to fabricate and install exhibits at the Seneca Rocks Discovery Center in Monongahela National Forest, located in Petersburg, West Virginia. The contractor shall provide all labor and materials for the fabrication, shipment and installation for all exhibits. Exhibit fabrication to be of museum quality. A fee of $50.00 is required for a single copy of the blueprints and written specifications along with the solicitation package.
