The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center is interested in leasing a minimum of 50,000 net usable square feet (NUSF) to include 40,000 sq ft of warehouse space, 7,000 general purpose space to include office space and 3,000 sq ft of climate controlled space. Parking spaces must be located at the site. The space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 1, 2000 and will be required for at least 5 years. The space will be occupied by the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. The space must be located within the following boundaries: Route 17 on the east, Glynco Jetport on the north, Interstate Highway 95 on the west and Route 303 on the south. A loading dock and ground level to the inside of the warehouse is required. The compound must be secured. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. The space must conform to the GSA's fire safety and handicapped accessibility requriements by time of occupancy.
