Furnish all labor material and equipment necessary to replace the roofs on the Equipment Building and the Barracks Building at Station Grays Harbor. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: A. Removal of two existing layers of roofing, including one single-ply roofing layer and one built-up roofing system layer. Testing of built up roofing is required. B. Installation of new roofing system including roofing materials, flashing, and roof drains. C. Repair to interior gypsum board ceilings (approximately 100 square feet), including taping and finishing and replacement of wet ceiling insulation. Drawings and specifications can be purchased on a first come first served basis, at the rate of $20.00. Requests will be accepted by mail only, and must include payment in the applicable amount by Cashier's Check, Money Order or Company Check, made payable to the U.S. COAST GUARD.
