Work to be performed includes providing 48" riprap rock to Town Bluff Dam and placing the riprap in the eroded hole just downstream of the tainter gate structure. Some floating plant will be necessary to place the riprap in approximately 8 to 10 feet of water. Work to be performed at the Town Bluff Dam and Reservoir, Texas. The plans and specifications will be placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through either 3.5" diskette, CD ROM, and/or the Internet. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of CD Rom and the Internet. However, the Government reserves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation.
