Work includes the cleaning of interior HVAC ductwork located in Building 58, first, second, and third floors; removal of existing asbestos containing HVAC ductwork tape located in Building 58 attic area; cleaning of existing HVAC ductwork, equipment, etc. located in Building 58 attic; installation of new reheat coils and the removal of asbestos pipe insulation in Building 58 third floor mechanical room and certain other items as identified in the contract drawings and specifications. The construction cost range for this procurement is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1799.
