Dickey, Contracting Officer (605)353-9215 The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to remove existing air conditioners and install new government furnished air conditioners; patch and repair scrapes, fractures, and holes in existing buildings; and refinish existing buildings varying in size from 10' x 16' to 10' x 24' at sixteen (16) communication sites in the counties of Dawson, Prairie, Custer, Rosebud, Treasure, Big Horn, McCone, Valley, Phillips, and Blaine in Montana. The Standard Industrial Classification code for this project is 1541. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which shall be considered by this Agency. Estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. All work shall be completed within 90 calendar days after receipt of a notice to proceed.
