"To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be approved sources, in accordance with clause I-70, qualification requirements. The Government is not required to delay contract award to review pending SAR's. Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SARs as soon as possible. If the Government has not completed review of a SAR when the contractis awared, the SAR will be retained and the source will be reviewed for possible source approval for future awards. When requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentially as to the source of the concern.
