The HMEE should be cabable of completing lifting/loading task and construction operations. These task included, but not limited to, loading sand, and aggregate into dump trucks and aggregate bins, excavating earth, digging, and trenching operations. The HMEE should also have the capability of providing extra attachments (auger, forklift, sweeper) to perform less frequent missions while reducing the need for separate specialized vehicles.
