DSCP seeks an organization to provide modernized distribution services including receipt, storage, and shipping of clothing and textile items to approximately 1500 customers for western CONUS United States including Alaska. Analysis of trends will be required to determine optimal inventory levels and ordering times and awardee will order through DSCP. A three-year base period and seven term options of approximately one year each will be included in resultant contract. Best Value applies with factors to be announced. Past statistics will be provided to assist potential offerors. It is estimated that awardee will need to fill 15,000 to 20,000 orders from DSCP's customers per month.
