The following was ommitted in SOL DAHA12 00 T 0009, and need to be incorporated in to the solicitaion. Items include estimated trips and duration required, evaluation criteria, the location, and time where proposals are to be submitted. 6.1 (continued) These trips shall allow the contractor to visit specific unit/organization to conduct cultural surveys, survey team training classes, and associated culture out-briefs. Locations are to be determined (TBD) at a later date but may include ANG organizations throughout the 54 States and Territories under the purview of the Air National Guard. Trip estimates and duration are TRIPS NUMBER DURATION: (1). -Survey Team Recruitment and Screening, 3-5 Day trips. (2). -Survey Team Initial Training, 1-3-Day trip. (3). -Survey Team Accompanied Visits, 13-3 Day trips. (4) -NGB/CF Directed Travel, 3-3 Day trips. 7.0 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED FACILITIES: 7.1 Contractor shall be allowed access to all Air National Guard facilities for purposes of accompanying Survey Teams and conducting NGB/CF directed visits. 7.1.2 Use of DSN phones shall be afforded to the contractor for coordination of site visits when acting on the request of Director of the Air National Guard. Contractor shall furnish all other necessary equipment. Provision at 52.212. -1 Instruction to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition with no addenda. The Provisions at 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The following Factors shall be used to complete paragraph (a) technical capability and past performance, when combined are greater than price. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their offer. The Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition with no addenda.
