The Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS), 401 14th Street, SW, Washington, DC 20227, intends to award a sole source purchase order, utilizing commercial item simplified acquisition procedures to Timeplex Federal Systems, 12150 Monument Drive, Suite 750, Fairfax, VA, 22033 for data encryption hardware, software, related training, 24-hour support and upgrades of the current environment to support the Hyattsville Regional Operations Center (HROC), 3700 East-West Highway, Hyattsville, MD 20872. Timeplex purchased the Milgo Racal system and is the distributor, manufacturer, and sole reseller of the following proprietary software and products: 1] Datacryptor 2000 link standard, speed DC2K-S3V1-20 ea; 2] FY00 PSMD requisition database, high speed DC2K-T3V1-20 ea; 3] Datacryptor certificate manager-1 ea; 4] SNMP software, SNMP-c (primary/remote) S50-ENT-1 ea; 5] Datacryptor 65, key management center DC04A002100-1 ea; 6] Datacryptor training, 1 day at HROC; 7] Datacryptor certificate, authority training, 1 day at HROC; 8] Datacryptor 2000, Std/HS maintenance (24x7), two year contract period per unit (total of 40) on line items 1 and 2. Period of performance on maintenance will be from date of award x twelve months (months 1 -12); Option Year 1 will be for 12 months (months 13-24).
