The Department of Veterans Affairs, White River Junction, Vermont is soliciting proposals to provide the annual testing of 13 Oil-Filled Transformers for the contract year May 1, 2000 through April 30, 2001 with 4, 1-year options to renew. All testing must be performed between May 10th and May 20th of the contract year. The solicitation number is 405-52-00. The solicitation is issued as an RFP. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses ar those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13. The acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The standard industrial classification (SIC) is 7629. All responses are due COB, March 24, 2000. Evaluations will be made on price and past performance.
