The government intends to award an Indefinite-Delivery type contract for contractor support services for the Department of Defense and Federal Activities in transition as a result of being reorganized, realigned, regionalization, consolidation of functions or cost comparative studies under OMB Circular A-76. Services include, but are not limited to, the following functions: transition support, cost saving initiatives, establishment of new operations, base operations support, administrative support (secretarial and clerical), automated data processing services, material handling and distribution, warehousing, transportation services, general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings, janitorial services, financial and accounting services, and family support services. Services are required across the United States, Puerto Rico and Guam. The solicitation will incorporate a provision for multiple awards in which multiple awards will be executed if determined to be cost advantageous to the government. Base period of proposed contract is for one year and will include two (2) one-year options to extend period of performance. This procurement is unrestricted and all responsible business concerns may submit an offer. Standard Industrial Classification Number 8744 applies to this requirement with a size standard of $20.0 million.
