The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: STATION SIUSLAW RIVER STATION BUILDING: A Remove and dispose of all existing exterior, aluminum frame windows and prepare for installation of new aluminum windows. B Install new thermal break, aluminum frame, low-e insulated glass, casement windows and insect screens. C Provide sealing and flashing at each window installation. D Repair any damage and touch-up paint around existing window perimeters and trim of new installed casement windows. E Provide final clean-up and wash new windows. STATION UMPQUA RIVER HOUSING: A Remove and dispose of all existing aluminum frame sliding windows and sliding glass doors. Remove and dispose of all existing wood windowsills. B Install new sliding vinyl frame windows with low-e insulated glass and matching insect screens. C Install new vinyl frame sliding glass doors with low-e, insulated glass and matching insect screens. D Provide sealing and flashing at each sliding glass window and door. E Repair any damage and touch-up paint around existing window perimeters and trim of new installed sliding windows and doors. F Provide final cleanup and wash new windows. Drawings and specifications can be purchased on a first come, first served basis, at the rate of $30. Requests will be accepted by mail only, and must include payment in the applicable amount by Cashier's Check, Money Order or Company Check made payable to the U.S. Coast Guard. The performance period is 120 calendar days after receipts of Notice to Proceed. The procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable SIC code is 1542.
