Lemmon (913) 758-6412 The VA Heartland Network Contracting Center will issue RFQ V15-00-0099, for the purchase of UPGRADES ONLY for two Marconi CT Scanners and one Marconi MRI. We anticpate negotiating on a sole-source basis with Marconi Medical Systems. Marconi Medcial Systems is the original equipment manufacturer and the only known source for the system upgrades. The upgrades consist of proprietary software and hardware that will increase the performance level of the CTs and MRI. Solicitation documents will be available on or about March 15, 2000.
