The U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Diversified Technical Systems (DTS), 909 Electric Avenue, Suite 206B, Seal Beach, CA 90740 for TDAS PRO Data Acquisition System and accessories. The award will be issued under existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) DAAD01-98-G-0023 with DTS. The data loggers must be compatible with the existing TDAS data loggers currently being used at the USAYPG. DTS is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and has all proprietary schematics and data for this system. Interested parties may submit a technical data package showing their capabilities to provide the required equipment. Responses received by 20 March 2000 will be considered.
