The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington is seeking sources to provide sea import and sea export cargo data to the Office of Naval Intelligence for the countries of Venezuela, Panama, Mexico, Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Cyprus, Malaysia, and Thailand. Potential sources must currently possess all necessary approvals and authorizations for access to the required data, or must possess these approvals prior to submittal of proposals. Period of Performance shall be from Date of Award through 30 September 2000 plus four option years. Data will be provided daily via a secure website constructed by the contractor. The resulting contract will allow for modification to add import and export data from additional countries if the need arises.
