The work includes but is not limited to constructing 6.7 miles of 230-kV lattice steel transmission line, removing 4.85 miles of 230-kV lattice steel transmission line, and performing minimal access road construction. Project location is Montrose County, Colorado. Estimated completion date is 420 calendar days after contract award. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be issued in hard copy FREE OF CHARGE. NOTE: In accordance with FAR 5.102-3, Western procurement officials will be limiting availability of this solicitation. Therefore, only a limited number of copies will be issued on a "first-come, first served" basis. There will be only one award made from this solicitation.
