PRINCIPAL FEATURES include but are not limited to: a. Replace approximately 4200 LF neoprene base flashing with EPDM 12 inches flashing, or 12 inches wide bar cover tape and seal edge, edge caulking. b. Remove and replace approximately 1400 sq ft. full adhered unattached membrane, apply 0.60 MM membrane. c. Vendor will visit job site to verify own measurements and job site conditions. d. Vendor to remove and dispose of own construction debris to a certified landfill. e. All work shall conform to National Roofing Contractors Association Manual. (NRCA) This procurement is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000 and will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. Request for Quote will be issued on or about 13 March, 2000.
