The work to be performed will include all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals ncessary to complete the Repair of the Youth Center Gym Floor at Malmstrom AFB MT. Work elements to include but not limited to such work as Selective Demolition & Site Clearing, and Floor Prep & Overlay. Anticipated contract awarded will be a Firm Fixed Price contract consisting of a 45-day performance period. Request for Quotation will be issued on or about 4 Apr 2000. Quotation closing will be on or about 4 May 2000. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a Price Performance Trade-Off basis. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
