Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision to perform maintenance and repair work to buildings, facilities and structures located in the 65th Regional Support Command which includes Puerto Rico. The period of performance is twelve months from date of award with one one year option period. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The Government guarantees a minimum of $25,000.00 per year and a maximum estimated ceiling of $2,900,000.00 each year. Pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, this is a competitive 8(a) procurement open to all eligible 8(a) contractors with a bona fide place of business within the geographical boundaries of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made and the requirement shall not be broken into separate awards.
