The work of this contract consists of the following improvements to Buildings 1A, 1B, 1C, and 1D at Harper's Ferry, West Virginia: removal of existing cement shingle roofing; selective demolition of roof snow boards, masonry chimneys, and stucco. Repairs to brick chimneys, brick walls, stucco, wood siding and trim, wood dormers, windows, doors, gutters and downspouts. Lead-based paint removal; painting. Installation of new snow boards, stucco, brick chimneys and slate shingle roofing, related brackets, flashing, and underlayments.
