Kelly (732) 323-7437 or fax (732) 323-4069 This acquisition is for a quantity of 28 each of Main Rotor Blade Restraint Sets (p/n 70700-77515-043; NIN 01-348-9537) for the H60S for which the government does not own specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure this Hardware under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Norco Incorporated as the sole Original Equipment Manufacturer is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary. Firms that recognize and support the Main Rotor Blade Restraint Sets are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
