The purpose of this task (Phase IV) is to build upon and expand the work and experience being developed under earlier Phases I, II, and III, including the further development of the Open Modular Architecture Controller (OMAC), as an integral part of the TIME project. As this work is crucial to Phase IV, the contractor for Phase IV must already have the expertise and knowledge about Phases I, II, and III to ensure that subsequent work in Phase IV starts immediately without any learning curve delay to learn about Phases I, II, and III. The contractor will ensure that products, results, and architecture from Phases I, II, and III are always utilized, built upon, compatible with, and seamlessly interwoven with the work to be performed under Phase IV.
