The USPS controlled site size is approximately 45,114 sq. ft. The building size desired will be approximately 5,075 of interior sq. ft., and approximately 20,016 sq. ft. of parking and maneuvering area. The selected proposal offeror will be required to purchase the site currently under option to the Postal Service, construct a Post Office according to plans provided and lease back the completed facility to the Postal Service for a base term of twenty (20) years with two five (5) year options. The Postal Service will also have the option to purchase the completed Post Office at the end of construction, after the first, fifth, tenth, fifteenth, and the twentieth years and after each five year renewal option period.
