The proposed scope of work principally involves the following: Selective demolition to include stage, dressing rooms, latrines, ceilings, carpet, floor tiles, windows, mechanical and electrical systems; asbestos abatement. Installation to include new windows, wall and roof insulation, interior walls, carpet, floor tile, hydraulic elevator, air conditioning, mechanical, electrical, fire and security alarm systems, latrines and locker rooms. Functional areas shall include: Offices; administration; conference room, fitness center and locker rooms. This two story building shall be converted to ADA accessibility. Construction type shall be Type-N, non-combustible. The projected length of construction is 210 calendar days. The construction contract will be firm fixed-price between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
