RECEIVER SITE: Remove existing exterior single-containment fuel piping and install new double-containment-fuel piping with new leak detection. Install new mechanical test plugs in existing floor drains. Contractor shall provide temporary diesel fuel supply to existing diesel fuel day tank during construction. B. TRANSMITTER SITE: Install new leak detection system on existing double-containment fuel piping. Install new mechanical test plugs in existing floor drains.
